Our founder Polly joins Speakify

Earlier this year, founder of Collaboradoodle, Polly Boardman, was approached to join Speakify. Speakify is a new AI-driven platform designed to connect event organizers directly with keynote and corporate speakers, cutting the booking process down from weeks or months to just minutes. Co-founded by former professional footballer and keynote speaker Paul McVeigh, it removes traditional bureau middlemen to provide transparent pricing and direct matching.

Polly said, "Over the last 15 years I've been fortunate to work with organisations on leadership, learning, change, inclusion and, more recently AI. What I've learned is that people rarely remember the framework on slide 27, they remember the story that made them think differently. That's what I hope to bring to every speaking engagement: lived experience, humour, honesty and empathy, alongside practical ideas that audiences can take away and use immediately."

Polly has a variety of specialist topics including resilience, women in leadership, managing change, the realities of working parenthood or navigating the '40's squeeze', and her goal is always to make complex topics feel human.
