Hi, I’m Polly, founder of Collaboradoodle. I’m a senior learning and talent specialist with over a decade of strategic leadership experience (and quite a few more years designing learning before that… but we won’t count those too closely).
I’ve spent my career shaping leadership, talent and culture strategies inside complex organisations — and somewhere along the way I realised that the moments that truly stick aren’t the glossy slides or the big frameworks. They’re the experiences that feel human, creative and intentionally designed.
That’s why I created Collaboradoodle. I’ve always had a bit of a superpower for spotting where something good could become exceptional — where a programme needs fresh energy, where an experience could be more inclusive, or where a strategy is strong on paper but not yet landing in real-life. Collaboradoodle is my space to bring together coaching, inclusive leadership, creativity and smart design to create learning that people actually remember (and use).
Having sat on the “buyer side” for years, commissioning programmes and working with brilliant providers, I also saw a gap. There’s incredible expertise out there — but not always someone who partners with you to refresh what you already have, co-create something new with your internal teams, and build capability so your own people can deliver it sustainably and cost-effectively.Some of the best learning experiences aren’t outsourced — they’re grown from within.I also know firsthand that hiring a full-time Head of Learning & Talent is a big investment — especially for start-ups and scaling organisations balancing ambition and overheads.
Collaboradoodle offers a different model: strategic clarity, creative injection, quick wins, and measurable progress — whether that’s through short-term projects, retained partnerships, or targeted programme design. Strategy meets sleeves-rolled-up delivery.
Alongside this, I’m an executive coach, a Fellow of the CIPD, and an active contributor to conversations about the future of work and AI through the All-Party Parliamentary Group. I’m a natural connector — if I’m not the right solution, I’ll help you find the person who is.
